Enderk Jad is a supporting character in Atelier Marie: The Alchemist of Salburg, Atelier Elie: The Alchemist of Salburg 2 and Atelier Marie, Elie & Anis: Message on the Gentle Breeze.
Role in Atelier Marie
Enderk is the Commanding Officer of the Royal Guard, who is also regarded as the most powerful knight in the entire kingdom. Despite the mass popularity that he has gained, Enderk doesn't let the fame interfere with his work. He is a very modest and hard working individual.
Enderk works at the Castle, and will not allow the player entry until they've earned a Gate Pass. He will not join the party until Marie's reputation index is high, but he is perhaps the strongest physical attacker in the game. He is also very expensive, and will most likely be unavailable until the third or fourth year.
His sword skills is what he is most famous for, and he aspires to find a strong partner to train with so that he may hone his skills and improve as a knight.
Role in Atelier Elie
Enderk is still the most powerful and expensive Adventurer you can hire, and he still works at the castle. To hire Enderk, Ellie must get to the semi-finals in the Tournament.
In the castle, there is a subordinate who always blushes and murmurs "Enderk-sama". When Ellie talks to him enough, he will ask Ellie to make a love potion for him. This fails miserably as his cat drinks the potion instead of Enderk.
