Hans Arlens is a member of the resort development project on Sera Island and also Annie's supervisor.
He's hardworking and always serious. His wealthy and sheltered upbringing is affecting his fashion sense and dealings with women. He also easily gets flustered when Annie teases him.
In one of his events, he is found by Annie in the library, and she somehow gets to drag him to coming to the Basin point, saying he needs to be more active since all he ever does is work. She asks why he joined the committee and he reveals that he graduated from an elite school, just as his parents wanted and he then became an administrator, following in his father's footsteps. He started thinking that he wanted to choose his own path, so he immediately signed up for the development project. He wanted to transform himself to someone completely different.
