Millcassee Frobel is a character in Atelier Elie: The Alchemist of Salburg 2, Marie & Elie: Two People's Atelier and Atelier Marie, Elie & Anis: Message on the Gentle Breeze.
Millcassee is a nun at the Frobel church, but dislikes her current life where every day is the same. She harbors jealousy for other people with more exciting lives, but is scared of going out into the outside world. The player can buy items from here, pray, or recruit her into the party (once certain conditions have been met).
Though it's usually not seen, she has black hair and a bob cut, as first revealed in an animated cutscene.

Atelier Elie
Millcassee can be found at the Frobel church, which unlocks after Schia's wedding ceremony. The player can buy items from here, pray, or recruit her into the party (once certain conditions have been met).
Millcassee is unhappy with her current life and will ask Elie questions about her life. Eventually, Millcasse overcomes her fears and offers to accompany Elie outside town, becoming a recruitable party member. She will then show Elie her hair.
After befriending Millcassee enough, she will ask Elie for 80 pieces of Wax. She will then invite Elie to a party at the church if the player completes the quest (this event contains the artwork "Cheescake and Candles"). Millcassee is also involved in an event where the church's crest is struck by thunder and Elie offers to repair it using the Flying Broomstick. Much to Elie's surprise, the church's roof is much higher than she thought and falls. This event contains the "Fallen Crest" artwork.
