Phenyl Neet is a character in Atelier Iris 3: Grand Phantasm.
Phenyl is a young girl who works as a receptionist at the Raider's Guild, along with Anna. Although young, she is very good at her job, even with her sharp tongue. She has somewhat of an attitude problem, but nobody seems to dislike her, and even envy her charisma. She doesn't seem to have many friends her own age, but is good friends with Anna, and gets a lot of company from Raiders and other people she works with.
She gets angry if somebody calls her short.
